Terms of Agreement
OW Contractor Systems Managed Package — Effective: October 14, 2026
1. The service
OW Contractor Systems ("the Service") is a managed business-technology package from Oscar Worthy LLC for construction and home service contractors. It includes: a dedicated CRM workspace; lead capture and management; automated SMS and email follow-up; missed-call text-back; appointment scheduling and reminders; estimate follow-up automation; customer review requests; one supported business-software integration; and ongoing system monitoring and maintenance.
2. Price
The Managed Contractor Package is $497 per month. Additional usage fees may apply for SMS volume, email volume, AI-assisted communication, and certain third-party integrations. We will review every cost with you up front before you are charged — no surprises.
3. No contracts — cancel anytime
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@oscarworthyllc.com or calling (720) 796-9780. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Usage fees already incurred are not refundable.
4. What we need from you
To set up and run the Service, you agree to give us accurate business information and timely access to the tools we need (such as your phone system, website, or software logins). Delays on your side may delay your setup.
5. Results
We build systems that capture and follow up on your leads, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. Results depend on your market, your pricing, and how you run your business.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, unlawful messaging, or anything that violates phone carrier or messaging rules (including texting people who have not agreed to be contacted).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Oscar Worthy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
